Add Reactions to Discussion Panel

I’m LOVING the project discussion board addition lately BUT am finding it’s getting to be a lot of comments. Can we add “reactions” here where myself or a client can “thumbs up” to a comment that I’ve received the comment but I don’t need to send yet another message for it? I think essential reactions would be thumbs up/down, love, or “reply” directly to that comment.
