Fill out DF Questionnaire without account

We'd like the ability to have someone fill out a questionnaire within DF without creating an account. This would allow us to link that questionnaire to our website and anyone that wants more information could fill out the form. If they end up moving forward as a client, we could have them create an account and all of the information they filled out in the form would be saved within their client account. When people are just wanting some general information on your services, prices, or timeline, they are not going to want to create an account on a website just to get that information. Thanks!
