Grouping items

Why does the newly made group jump to the bottom of the quote/invoice? It should stay where it is (perhaps it stays where the primary item is) in the list.

Also, once items are grouped, none of the other items in the list outside of the group should be able to be placed within the group in the list when they are moved.
