Highlight for Message Bubble under client product list

It would be helpful under product lists for the small comment/chat bubble to be highlighted in red so that when there is a new client comment it is easier to see. Otherwise, it's very hard to see and can easily be overlooked. Additionally, it would be great to have a feature that shows when a client has seen a comment (also in the same "comment/chat" bubble listed under each individual item). I want to confirm my client's are seeing the comments so if it can show that the message has been read, or if there is a response feature like a thumbs up, that would be great.
