Highlight text feature for contract template for quick and easy edits on new projects

It would be really nice to have the commonly changed text highlighted in our contract document. This would allow edits to client name, address, project info, dates, etc. to be changed quickly and easily. Then after edits are made, highlight all and remove the highlights before sending to the client.
