i tried to create a client profile for another designer and i couldnt add because she has her own email set up with designfiles. why can i not have another designer as a client? it seems odd and inconvenient to set up an entirely different email account to use for designfiles to be a client. and when i asked about this, Jerome was very short and offered no help or solution. came off as very rude.
