INVOICES TO SHIPPING PROGRESS

Is there a way to take an invoice and turn it into a shipping progress page.
Often we are working with so many vendors on an order and there is no time to create a PO when one is not needed for small or retail items.

We need the ability to check off items that have been shipped that don't need a PO.

I'm having to print my invoice and track this manually
