Hi, We would like more options for item type on invoices and then the ability to see the financial breakdown of these. Service for us could mean just our hours for working on the project or also we charge service as the item type for a contractor service or installation service. Is this something that would be coming in the future?

    Yes! I would love item type options for reimbursement and also labor/installation or something to indicate a third-party has been hired. Maybe having the option to create our own item types would be easier for the developers. We would also need the mapping for the QBO integration to be custom for these item types. This is VERY important for my clients who use DF, we are constantly fixing their invoicing because they choose service for outside services which then comes into QBO and skews their financials.
