Kitchen base cabinets

I’m working on a bilevel room and trying to add base cabinets to the upper level. The base cabinets are attaching to the ground floor instead of the raised area floor. I’d like the base cabinets to be movable vertically like the wall cabinets, or have the option built in like when adding windows, products, etc.
