Mapping of Expenses

I would like to be able to map all expenses into different accounts in QB. Currently we can only map income accounts to different income accounts in QB. I need to be able to have each category of an item sold be mapped to the correct account in QB (Furniture COGS, Fabric COGS, etc), right now everything has to be mapped to one account. We should be able to map both the income and the expenses.
