Messaging Clients (After the latest update)

We are experiencing some issues since the latest update. We have three people on our team and we all message/interact with our clients. Currently, we can’t all access messages we receive from our clients. We receive the email notification and can see the red icon indicating there is a new message, but when we click into it, some of us can see it (Admin) and some of us can’t (Managers). Message Notifications is on for all of us, but we still can’t see them for all of our clients. We can for some, but not all.

Is there a global setting to ensure we are all able to access the messages at all times? This latest updates has definitely caused some headaches for us. Thank you for your help!
