Moodboards: Visible outline, center, center to item

I'd like more Adobe Illustrator-like capabilities when building moodboards, like a visible outline even when the moodboard is full (I've created an outline template I always keep forward when creating moodboards), a center-to-moodboard button for things like headers, and a center-to-item button for lining up things like pairs of pendant lights, etc.
