More robust vendor management

It would be wonderful if instead of the vendor name being free text in the product clipper it was a drop-down with the ability to “add new” so that products are always grouped together and there is no risk of multiple vendors with slight name variations.

The ability to then set default markup (or discount off) % for each vendor could then also be added which would be a big time saver.
