Add more status / steps to products (e.g., approved, purchased, shipped, delivered, etc.). Ability to view all products across projects with the status.
Yes to this!!!! Also, When a claim is closed we also need to often track its replacement. You can’t add another of the same item once it is already in the tracker so it would be nice to be able to add status changes like “replacement shipped” “replacement received” etc.
