Move ACH Button to 1st Spot When Activated

I would like to see the ACH button as the first option (when activated) that the client sees on an invoice. I think this emphasizes the messaging that ACH is our preferred method of payment - is protects us designers from the claw-back risks of credit cards, and the transaction fee is so much lower.
