New Questionnaire Template for Exterior Only Projects

I’d like to see another questionnaire template for Exterior Only projects. Clients who are undertaking either a design/build or a major renovation project could give the designer feedback on what they are looking for in the design style, exterior color and finishes, windows/doors styles, roofing materials, accent materials (stone, brick, chimney, decking/railing, etc.) Other great questions to incorporate would be house facing direction (N, S, E, W); client being able to submit images of other homes in the area, inspiration images, etc.
