Non-design collaborator access without being a paid user

We work with multiple contractors, project managers, vendors, procurement team, and our a warehouse team. They only need access to seeing the designs, products, calendar, and have the ability to leaving internal & design comments for our design team. Or just having personalized access per collaborator and what they can access would be nice. We would love this feature for seamless collaboration but cannot swing $25 per seat since they will not be designing or specifying products - just reviewing, keeping updated, internal notes with our team, and then helping us mark items received/delivered. Would love to see this option soon! Thanks for considering!
