ONE TINY CHANGE = A HUGE DIFFERENCE FOR THOUSANDS OF US!

I’ve been a faithful user of DesignFiles for many years now and absolutely love the platform, but since I joined at the start of my business, I’ve been unable to use one of the KEY features it offers - that is the ‘Packages’ tab. It’s the PERFECT landing page to send potential clients to and yet we still don’t have the very simple option to toggle OFF the payment button or simply reroute the URL to somewhere else - like a Questionnaire we’ve created for that service - which is the next sensible place to send potential clients to in the onboarding process.

Not only is there no option to remove the payment link, but it only works for designers who charge a flat fee, not those who charge hourly, etc., so I wouldn’t even know what price/deposit to request. And why would we want a random lead to be submitting payments anyway who we haven’t properly vetted or committed to?

What’s more, not all of our business use Stripe for both services and goods - in fact, I stopped doing this years ago as it created the most insane bookkeeping nightmare of my career. They’re completely separate entities for us. So the idea that all of us would want payments for services being submitted through Stripe is confusing.

If we simply had the option to turn this off or reroute the URL to the Questionnaire we’ve created for the services we list, we could finally be able to use this valuable feature as a main hub for our business. Given the monthly cost of DF now, it’s disappointing for such a great tab to go unused. I desperately NEED this feature and have requested this change many times over the years and still nothing is done. Please vote on this!
