ORDER TRACKER Date Prioritization

On the Order Tracker page, once an item has been marked as Installed with a date, that item needs to move to the bottom of the page so we can see outstanding items as a priority—not just an alphabetical listing by Vendor. When you get so many items for one project, it gets overwhelming to sort through things, especially when it is installed already or part of a previous project or phase.
