I'm honestly getting pretty frustrated with how unintuitive this software is. There are so many basic features that are difficult to find or simply aren't available, especially considering what it costs.
I really think the usability of this platform needs serious improvement, or the pricing should better reflect the current user experience until these issues are addressed.
Some examples:
I can't even see which billing card I have on file or when my subscription payment is scheduled to come out.
I can't update a client's email address myself. Instead, the client has to do it, which feels unprofessional. As the business owner paying for the software, administrative tasks like that should be something I can manage.
The mood board editor is often glitchy when moving items around.
If I accidentally assign the wrong client to a project, or need to change client information after creating it, I have to start the entire project over instead of simply editing it.
Beyond those issues, there are countless little things that make the platform frustrating to use. Features are difficult to locate, the navigation isn't intuitive, and I frequently find myself hunting around for basic settings that should be easy to access.
I've been using Adobe professionally for years, so I'm very comfortable learning complex software. This isn't a learning curve issue—it's a usability issue. Compared to platforms like Adobe or Canva, which offer far more functionality, polished interfaces, excellent documentation, and reliable performance at a lower price point, this software feels like it's still in a beta stage.
I want to like this software because it has a lot of potential, but at its current price, I expect a much more polished, intuitive, and reliable experience.
