Personal AND Master Library

Hi, My colleagues and I are working on multiple projects and are always uploading new products specific to our different jobs. Sometimes we have crossover, but often, the products other people's work loads up my library and I can't find what I want. I would like MY OWN library. It is OK if it syncs with a master that I can access with EVERYTHING in our company, but I would like specific products that I load to be in it's own library.
