Please add a feature where you can see the total amount of a refund on an invoice that includes the tax (it currently does not) so that when creating a refund draft the amount reflected is correct. At the moment you can select to include tax, but it doesn't show in the total until you sen to client and it's a bit confusing since the amount changes.
