PO- accounting off

I've been having problems with my POs not adding up correctly (off by a penny!). When you are in the edit PO page, the accounting is incorrect, but when I'm on the PO list page and in the pop up window for recording a payment, the amount is correct. However, it won't enter my payment bc it is "off" from the actual PO amount. I'm attaching photos so you can see what I'm saying.
