PO Product and Service Tab

Currently, we are unable to add services, labor, or flat-rate items (like delivery, contractor work, or painting) to a Purchase Order in DesignFiles. The current workaround is to create these specific POs directly in QuickBooks, but this creates a major gap in our workflow.

When we create the PO outside of DesignFiles, we lose our internal paper trail. Later on, when creating spec sheets for a project, the record of the PO sent to the vendor or contractor for that service is entirely missing. This fragments the process and disrupts the beautifully streamlined project management system that DesignFiles has built.

Please add a toggle or option to select "Services" (or flat-rate labor) when building a Purchase Order, just like we can on invoices, so we can keep all project expenses centralized and accurately synced to QBO!
