PO Status Dropdown Menu & Tracker

I would like to be able to mark a PO as "ordered" in the status drop down menu
I suppose "paid" or "partial" are supposed to indicate this. (If so, I would really like it to say "partially paid" rather than just "partial") I would love to see the tracker automatically record the order date when the status is marked as partial or partially paid.
