PO tax option

Hi there,
Could you add the option for tax or no tax on the PO's like you have it on invoices? "Items" such as installation & delivery are non-taxed, but I can't add them to the PO because the tax is automatic. This makes it hard to record a payment to these POs because they won't zero out properly. THANKS!
