Primary Product Image Won't Update

Aside from another issue that the product clipper screenshot tool doesn’t work, the primary product image will not update. When I click the edit icon and select a new image, it will show up in the preview but when I save it, it reverts back to what it was initially. The same thing happens when I select another image and say “Make Primary”. Nothing changes. Please fix this ASAP! There is currently not way for me to get a decent image to put on my quotes!
