Printing Flexibility

The ability to print any and all fields. I need to be able to check my received quotes from vendors vs invoices to clients vs POs to vendors vs invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy. “Measure twice, cut once” has saved me many times. Currently, I have to print everything off, and it takes up an unnecessary amount of paper per item wasting paper, but even more importantly, it does not show my cost or mark up. I see, what someone may think is a way to protect us from accidentally showing the client something we didn’t intend to, (but unfortunately, some designers do want to show this, but regardless), I NEED an actual paper trail for checks and balances. I tried to conserve paper and not do this method, but it’s the best for me to compare multiple documents ant once to ensure accuracy and a method the successful commercial firm I worked at 5 years ago did. It’s a fail safe process. Information could certainly be condensed (including a photo-making products quickly identifiable), if you created an “internal printable view” with all fields printable.
