At this point, the total price is pulled from every product on the product list no matter if its approved or declined. Its important that the Ttl Price DEDUCTS any amount from any products that are DECLINED. At this point it doesnt give the client a realistic budget picture.

    Agreed 100% This is a major limitation of the DesignFiles client portal. The pricing needs to update in real time as items are approved or declined. We essentially have to tell clients to hand-calculate product totals on their own, which is not compatible with a luxury level of design service.
