Project Organization

Probably the biggest reason I continue to need to use Asana in ADDITION to design files is the lack of an easy way to view ALL projects, ie a central project page to compare deadlines, tasks, etc. Sure you can see them all on your “projects” page, but everything for each project is silo-d within that project. It’s so tedious to jump around from project to project and then dig around. There isn’t one page where it lists all projects and you can add deadlines etc.

The other big fail to me is the inability to search from any page. Instead if I’m in one project and looking for another, I have to LEAVE that project, go back to the PROJECTS page and then look. It’s so tedious.

And last, the accounting isn’t robust enough because you can’t sort by products or rooms.

I love design files for the design aspect and the library and I will continue
to use it for that.
