Project Questionnaire- Make reorder drag option

Please make it easier to drag and move choices around. EX: under "which spaces can we help you design." While entering options, other room ideas pop up or I want to edit in or out rooms, but then they feel out of order. It'd be great to be able to drag to reorder them like we can with our boards. Otherwise we have to copy, paste, delete, re-enter, etc.
