Project Specific notes

Project specific notes should be exported on the full detail PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, and absolutely in the spec sheets. The work around to document it twice leaves too much room for error and opens us as designers to liability. As you know things change throughout the process when you are working on large scale projects such as new builds and renovations. Decisions can change and the best practice should always be to have one place that information is documented. On this same lines if an item is pulled into a spec sheet there should be a refresh button option so that it pulls in pricing or project notes if they have been updated on the board. That way things can stay consistent.
