Provide an additional tab to "Project Discussion" and add contractor

I have weekly communications with the contractor re: the plans, electrical, product and specifications, along with image progression, issues, damage, etc.…I have to move out of the platform to email and create a second process for communication which is taking up way too much time.

Can we streamline communication?
