It would be great if we had more reporting features available for purchase orders. Being able to filter them by status as well as by vendor would greatly help with bookkeeping.
Adding to my original request. This feature is really critical for the procurement phase of a project. Not having any reporting capabilities really makes the Purchase Order section almost irrelevant. All we can do is create a record of the purchase order beyond that we have to do all other functions manually which is extremely time consuming

I agree we need to be able to see what is accruing time…. The sync doing work and a lot of time adds double entries.
It sure would be nice to be able to have purchase order reports the same way that we have money coming in reports we need to see money going out reports and for tax purposes this would be so much easier. All other platforms are adding this.
It would also be nice. I’ve asked probably 100 times that purchase orders can’t be duplicated that it would flag them with a red mark or something telling us that this was already created on an invoice.

Not every designer gets the important of this! SMH … I am about to leave if they don’t do more upgrades - it’s too hard to run a business with a platform that is about 90 percent there.
Cause have you noticed that you can duplicate purchase orders as well that’s really critical they need to have that where it’s flagged once a purchase order is created!!
