Questionnaire

It would be nice if we can email the client the questionnaire as a link and just have them fill it out and have it come back to us without it looking like a project request. Our clients are sent the detailed questionnaire once they have signed on with us and so the wording of project request is confusing and they also see verbiage about 'do you need help with another space?' which is not needed since the contract was signed and the job is underway. I hope this makes sense.
