Clients get easily overwhelmed by the questionnaire. They almost always need to leave, take a break/get additional information, and come back. I'm wanting to improve client experience and increase completion speed, these improvements would help. (SEE ATTACHED FOR EXAMPLES)
1) A PROGRESS BAR to show them how far they are in the questionnaire would be an encouragement and visual queue.
2) An obvious SAVE DRAFT option on every question! This is a MUST, Dubsado has this and the rate my clients completed questionnaire forms on their platform is twice that of this questionnaire - largely because of this feature.
3). SECTION HEADINGS so clients know if they are approaching a questionnaire section that is just style preferences (easy to complete) vs ex. measurements that require the client to stop and get those details. I think this gets tied in with the progress bar. The ability to "skip" a section and come back to a section would drastically help the rate/speed of completion!
4). EMAIL LINK TO UPDATE QUESTIONNAIRE - Once a client has submitted a draft or completed the questionnaire the client needs to be emailed that link so they can always navigate back to it and add additional information. Our clients struggle with this now.
