Quote Templates

I'd love to be able to create a template for such things as a Quote

OR

Be able to duplicate it between clients.

IF you can actually perform this function already, can someone help!?!

I use the same wording/quoted tasks for many clients when sending an initial design time quote and I'm finding myself typing the same descriptions over and over instead of just being able to change the qty per item for a new client.
