I’d love if when we sent a quote or invoice that it didn’t show to total in the e-mail preview. Sometimes we add “option 1 & 2 & 3”… and people freak out before they even open it. :-) Thank you!
Totally agree! Clients don’t need to see the whole dollar amount owed at the beginning of an email. Especially when only a deposit is required or multiple choices are given.
