Refund Process

Within the refund, there is no drop down to refund to retainer... If you don't select any refund option, you have to manually change the status of the refund to “refunded” in order to have it go back to the retainer and the original invoice shows nothing regarding the refund. The retainer also shows no movement of funds. All information should be easily viewed from within the original invoice and within retainers for easy cross reference. The current process causes so much unnecessary work and time wasted. Your framework is there, it just needs to be improved.
