Removal of the country name or option to remove in the address for invoices

I woud like the ability to remove the country. It feels like a slightly unusual feature to have in an address when we are working with local clients in the US. As we already know the state names are in the US. Perhaps other locations outside of the US or Canada may still need the abililty to identify the country? Thus making the ability to turn off/on the country would be useful.
