The order of info that appears on the RFQ when we make a PO is not ideal. When we send it to the vendor, any notes we may have appear in the middle area and it's very easy to miss. The qty is also in the middle, and should be somewhere more visible. Unfortunately a lot of people don't read things meticulously, so it's helpful to have the most important information easier to see
As shown, I had to highlight the notes area so that the vendor was sure to see our question about lead time.
Ideally, the QTY would come first, then SKU, then Material / Finish, then Dimensions, Room, Notes and price last. Maybe the Notes can even be in Bold or something so it doesn't get lost.
