SCHEDULES
Creating contractor schedules for plumbing, lighting, finishes, hardware, etc. is a must. We need the ability to organize the tear sheets already uploaded into DesignFiles into schedules that can easily be shared with the GC for bidding and distribution to their subs.
Right now, I have to recreate these schedules in Google Drive, which duplicates work and defeats the purpose of managing everything in one program. Programa does a great job with this functionality, and I’d love to see DesignFiles offer something similar.

We need a true FF&E Schedule
We love the DF Spec Sheets, but need a true FF&E Schedule for large projects where all selections can live in ONE place - simple with thumbnail, vendor, link, and what it is (sortable by room or item - plumbing, lighting, etc) that reads more like a landscape oriented excel spreadsheet. The individual spec sheets are great for more detail, but large builds want a concise easy to reference spreadsheet where EVERY decision for the whole job can live. To create this in the current spec sheet format would be a million pages.

Agree! This is a huge gap in Design Files capabilities. It seems like it could be an easy configuration option as part of the Spec Sheet functionality. Crossing fingers this functionality is added soon!

This is a huge priority! It’s actually embarrassing to send a contractor something labeled spec sheet, as well. It’s a huge waste of time to have to make the schedule elsewhere.

Schedules
Creating schedules of contractor needs such as plumbing, lighting, finishes and hardware is a must. The specifications (tear sheets) we download into this program need to be linked and sent to the GC to bid the job / send to their subs. At the moment, I have to create / duplicate work by creating schedules in Google drive and defeats the purpose of using a program where all of this can be achieved to manage my business.

11 months ago?? And we still do not have BASIC project management tools. That is too much time. I can’t keep waiting and paying for a business management software (a program specific to interior designers whom no surprise build things and have multiple trades lol)
A software that doe not even have basic day to day operating features? I am really struggling to understand why is taking so long.
Please up priority on these things that should be standard 1st release tools over 3D new kitchen blocks in the 3D designer. Walk before we run :)

This would be SUPER helpful - we really need a template in the DF presentation section for SCHEDULES. This is basic and considered standard practice in the industry
