Not sure if you guys are aware, but the screenshot feature for the clipper does not work correctly. When I clip an entire piece of furniture, the clipper will only pick a part of the furniture to clip.
I too have this same exact problem of the screenshot method being very limited to just a portion of the image and not able to clip the entire portion as needed. I end up have to use my computer’s screenshot, save it to a file on my computer, then upload it……..thus making the designfiles screenshot method useless and ineffective…….while adding more 3 additional steps to clip with own computer screenshot, save in a folder, then upload it. So yelp I agree with Author Geena Pearson.
