Seeing wall measurements at a quick glance

If a wall is 20' and we have 2 openings for example on that wall, say 8 ft and then 2 ft.. it would be ideal that we would be able to see the exact measurement of these openings and or wall sections after the initial layout is created (for reference, I am looking for a small console table to go on a 2' wall roughly, I cannot recall off hand exactly what that small segment wall measurement was). There is often time between initial measurements and then sourcing, so it would be ideal to be able to see these details quickly without having to do the math or go back and dig to see the wall segment measurement. Hopefully this makes sense. It seems it would be pretty easy to do. Anything to save us time. Thank you!
