Separating the fees

ALSO… Im wondering about separating out the fees we earn as service fees versus what fees we pay to vendors for their service. I just paid movers, $390 at a job site, for example.

Didn't get to finish on that… we billed $700 to client. My cost on it is $390. It is a service fee that is an expense, and the rest of money collected is my fee for managing the vendor on site. We charge for service for any project management on site, with any vendor. We had discussions about this on the FB group, but not sure where it went. Thank you!
