Servicing multiple design file accounts with one email address

Hi
My business model involves services where I help other designers with boards and layouts in design files. However, I have to use a unique email address every time. This is really limiting how many designers I am able to service. Is there any way to have a “ collaborate” mode ( similar to Canva) where we are able to do this?
