Shipping cost to auto populate into quotes, POs, and Invoices

What I'm looking for is when I select approved products from the design boards to populate onto the quote template/format, if I've included shipping costs on those product descriptions and information, I would hope for those costs to also populate onto the quote template. Is that a functionality that can be added? Also, same functionality for POs and/or Invoices?
