Simplify the approval process after revisions are made to deisgn board

Currently clients have a hard time navigating the approval process. They don’t know what they have approved or what they have seen or what they are lookin for once a change has been made to the mood boards. Is there a way to stream line this or send them a notification that high lights what needs to be reviewed?
