Site Notes Feature

I send detailed site notes for every site visit which include items discussed, follow ups deliverables, and homework for the client. These are essential since the client signs off on them, giving confirmation to what was decided or discussed in person. A feature that could give site note templates would be great -by room etc, or customizable, -and could integrate into the client file would be amazing.
