Spec Sheet Approval Check box, Categorize/Organize Spec Sheets by category and room

It would be helpful to include an approval checkbox for the client/contractor to check (timestamped approval) when submitting the spec sheet to them. Then there is a tracked record that they approve the specs.

Also, I would like to see a way to organize the spec sheets, for example, Lighting, Flooring, Plumbing, Paint. And also to be able to organize by room location, for example, Primary Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Room, Office, Laundry Room, etc. This would be helpful for the contractors and the clients.
